Air Mail Delivery is offered free-of-charge to all parts of the world. Air Mail shipment will take around 10 - 20 business days excluding our processing time of 2 - 4 business days. (Tracking code will be given free-of-charge to orders which exceed the value of US$20)
Express Delivery shipping charges are to be borne by customers. Shipment will take around 4 - 7 business days excluding our processing time of 2 - 4 business days. (Selected large orders are automatically shipped via express delivery free-of-charge)

Air Mail / Free shipping will take around 10 - 20 business days excluding our processing time of 2 - 4 business days.
Express Delivery will take around 4 - 7 business days excluding our processing time of 2 - 4 business days.
- Are bulk purchases entitled to any discounts?

- Why do I get my partial shipment?
All products are sent together as one package. However, some products may not be in-stock and may require partial shipment. In the event that you are willing to wait for your products instead of receiving it in two packages, you can contact our Customer Service representatives as soon as you place the order with us.
- Will I have two different tracking codes if I have partial shipments?
Yes. Different tracking code will be issued to different shipments.
- What are the procedures for cancelling my order(s)?
If you wish to cancel your order after the payment has been done, you should contact us immediately. We will process your request and refund the amount within the next 72 hours. However, if your order has been shipped, you would have to wait for your package before sending it back to us for a refund. Your refund will exclude the actual shipping fees incurred.
- When can I receive my back ordered items?
Items that are unavailable at the moment will be placed on back order while your other products are shipped. You may choose to cancel any outstanding back orders with us at any point of time.
- What does the replacement policy cover?
SaraOutlet.com accessories, are produced by manufacturers all over China. While we strive to provide you with high quality accessories at affordable prices, a product might not perform as expected by the time it is delivered. In such a scenario, you may request for a replacement and it will be shipped to upon receipt of the returned product. Defective products can be exchanged within 90 days of shipment.
